Starting up a commission of inquiry in Taihape and surrounding areas.

Started up a commission of inquiry into 30 Treaty claims in Taihape and surrounding areas, from the first consultative conferences in 2009 through to the launch of a cross-agency research programme in mid-2011.
- Co-ordinated consultative conferences and associated discussion papers
- Advised presiding officer, drafted judicial directions
- Developed relationships with tangata whenua, legal representatives, external stakeholders
- Consult iwi, hapu and whanau to develop research programmes.
- Co-ordinated research programme, identifiying research needs, performing research planning, drafting project briefs and commissions, liaising with external contractors.
- Developed and maintained inquiry web page and document store.
