Detecting data quality challenges back to the migration from mainframes to relational databases.

Achievements:
- Historical issues remediated for over 40,000 customers to the satisfaction of the FMA
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting historical systems to detect anomalies and their impact on customers over a long period of time
- Discovering business rules and definitions that dated back to the days of mainframes
- Data extracts from Oracle databases
- SQL Database design and development (tables, views, functions, stored procedures)
- Testing
- Data supply for form letters
Technology:
- Microsoft SQL Server database engine (MS SQL), Report Server and Power BI Service (Power BI).
